"Cause me to hear thy loving kindness in the morning: for in thee do I trust: cause me know the way wherein I should walk; for I lift up my soul unto thee." (Psalms 143:8)
Hallelujah, revival is
coming!!! There is a great move of God
in this dispensation of time and trust and believe, the Holy Spirit is going to
have His way. He is the divine authority
that causes us to will and to do. It
doesn’t matter how rebellious we may be or have been. God has a way of causing his loving kindness
to bestow upon our hearts and break our will and conform it to his own.
It is like Ezekiel the prophet says,
“A wheel in the middle of a wheel” (Ezekiel 1:16). God is stirring things in
the atmosphere and on the earth to get our attention. He is letting us know that He is in control,
not man and we live and move and have our being in Him. We can do nothing with Him and He will prove
himself to the believer and the non-believer.
Heaven is his throne and earth is his footstool. His hand made all things that exist and He is
looking down at the poor in spirit and those of a contrite heart, because they
tremble at his word. (Isaiah 66)
The Lord is putting things that are
out of control back into prospective and bringing fullness of revelation to his
people. We can no longer serve God and
do things our way and expect him to bless it.
He used Elijah the prophet mightily to come against and challenge the people
of Israel (God’s chosen people) to make a decision. He gathered them together on Mount Carmel and
asked them straight up, “How long will you falter between two opinions? If the
Lord is God, follow Him; but if Baal, follow him. But the people answered him
not a word.” (1 Kings 18)
This was a situation of a true
prophet of God coming against false doctrine and false prophets who were
serving false Gods and lavishing in idolatry. These were people under the wicked
leadership of King Ahab and Queen Jezebel and the people were excited and enthusiastic
about promoting persecution to any follower of God.
They hated the man of God for
confronting them and holding them accountable to the “True and living God”.
They hated the prophet of God, because he humiliated them, he discredited their
false gods and came against their wicked leadership. Elijah stood his ground and he stood on the
word of God. He declares in his walk
with God that there is no match for our Living Savior and the power of his
The Lord is addressing the lukewarm
condition of his people and his heart is grieved. God loves us and is married
to the body of Christ. This is a
legitimate partnership, a marriage and a holy covenant and God is staking claim
for his people. We have too many illicit
relationships and lovers and Gods intention is to sever those ties and bring us
back to himself. God is restoring
courage and bestowing love that will wooooo us to repentance. He will help us to examine our lives with
conviction and give us power to change immediately.
Revival is coming to our hearts,
mind, soul and spirits and the Lord is raising up true prophets in this
time. Yes, there will be persecution for
righteousness sake and all manner of evil will come up against us. However, we will decree and declare, “For
God I live and for God I die” (Romans 14:18).
There will be a spiritual awakening of God’s word with effectual
restorative power. There will be a divine
quickening that will have resurrection power and a fullness of revelation to the
soul. It will be similar to John in the
Bible (Revelation 4). John is called up
into heaven and the Lord reveals divine revelation of His spirit. John sees a door standing open in heaven, he hears
a trumpet (God speaking), he receives instruction and then God leads him into
truth of what is to come. Hallelujah!!!
